A Woman After God's Own Heart

I am making my way through a book called "A Woman After God's Own Heart" by Elizabeth George. I can't tell you how it is making such a difference in my life already. I am more aware of my God given role as a woman and a wife. I am becoming more aware of what these two profound roles mean. For the time being, my posts will be geared toward my journey through this book. I am also reading the book of Proverbs. WOW! So much wisdom to take in! This book of the Bible has to be read slowly. There are so many proverbs to ponder and apply to your life, no matter who you are. Welcome to the next chapter in my life and I hope you will enjoy the ride along with me!

I have been wanting to read this book! I am sure you will learn alot - and I will pray for you as you do! About Proverbs, I FULLY agree with you - there is so much wisdom and I need to absorb it slowly if I am going to actually apply it in my life. Happy Reading! I will let you know if/when I finally get this book!

What an amazing way to witness to others thru your blog and have something to look back on that shows God is faithful in your life.

That is another book I have wanted to read. So many books! I am sure God will bless you in your study of both the book and Proverbs.

Have a lovely day!
